Atteno grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal productivity and time management needs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create in Atteno. The application is merely a tool to help you organize and track your time. We claim no rights to your tasks, notes, or session records.

In-App Purchases

Atteno Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Pro features are unlocked permanently after purchase on the device where the purchase was made.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Atteno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use the application at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atteno and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Your continued use of Atteno after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
